We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Since we provide professional services, refunds are generally only issued if the service provided does not meet the standards agreed upon in our contract or if there was an error on our part during the execution of the work.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of the service completion. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, rectify the issue at no additional cost or discuss a partial refund.
